The checklist includes: Gutters for debris and leaks • Roof for missing or cracked shingles • Siding and exterior paint • Skirting for holes or damage • Underbelly of home for missing or sagging insulation • Crawl space for visual leaks, water pooling, and vapor barrier • Water line for heat tape and damaged or missing insulation • Windows and door caulking • Decks, stairs, awnings, patio, walkways, and driveway for damage or safety hazards • Outdoor faucets, outdoor lighting, test outdoor receptacles (GFCI) for proper grounding • Check shed, check garage. Home Monitoring Service

Don't leave your home unattended when away for the winter. Our home monitoring service will give you the peace of mind that your home is monitored while your away. We will check in on your home on a regular basis to make sure things are in order, working properly, and you have no uwanted guests eyeing up your property. We will contact you if any problems occur while your away and can recommend service contractors if needed. (Seasonal $175.00 + extras). Consumer inquiries only
